The DMT tool will give you the format within the user interface. Use the template button, check the fields you need, and compare the template to your data in xlsx there or move your xlsx data into the template.

Hi Hari,

It looks good to me. Unless you are revising primary warehouse, it is not a required field. You could remove it unless you are updating it. You state need to upload Part MOH, MaxOH, SS, and R-O to max, not primary warehouse.
