Uploading the masters using Service Connect

Dear Friends,

I want to upload the masters like Customers, Suppliers, Parts etc using service connect. I had prepared the template for the above said masters.

Could any body let me know the step by step procedure for loading these masters on to the system using service connect. So far the web services is also not installed.

Kindly let me know the procedure from the installation of the web services.
