Usage Metrics: Classic to Web

In our conversion of classic custom screens to Kinetic/web, we need to know which of our newly developed web screens are being used, how often, and by whom. We hesitate to turn on Epicor’s usage tracking feature, because we have heard it slows down the system; does anyone have specifics to share on that question? Also, in the web interface, has anyone tried collecting any metrics from web users, other than built-in Epicor tracking, and how well did the solution work for you?

The activity tracker doesn’t slow anything down (maybe marginally) and it works wonderfully

That’s excellent news! Does it show who’s using web vs classic screens of a specific Epicor application?

It tells you what menu they used yes.
