I agree. The warehouse quantity is the one that gets out of sync but
the partbin qty is accurate. The partbininfo table has to do with
Kanban processing IIRC.

Learned the hard way that PartBinInfo in the PartDataSet does not in fact
carry the information about on Hand Qty for each Bin for the Selected Part..
