A user is attempting to use the DMT table to update a lot of records, but is unable to see the Customer form. When she expands the Customer Tab, she only sees the CRM Call, Customer Groups, and Customer Parts options. Is there an account setting for her that is limiting which tables show?
Check the Sales Territory Maintenance, most likely she is not a salesperson.
My IT account can see the Customer in the DMT despite not being listed in the Sales Territory Maintenance.
