Thanks for the suggestion. I'm not sure how open they would be to doing that, but I guess it can't hurt to ask.
I have a client with an issue.....
User is not able to see her ran reports under the reports tab in System Monitor. It shows under Task History, but nothing under the Reports tab. This only affects this one user and problem occurs in multiple machines under this user only.
They tried clearing the cache, but that didn't solve the problem.
Any suggestions on what to do?
They are on Epicor 9.05.701

this may sound like a crappy solution but would you be open to creating a new user and discard the old one?
