I think you need to apply the Progress hotfix from Epicors web site. I had
the same issue. You will find that it is with every report where a vendor is
selected.

Just completed upgrade from 5.1 t o 5.2. Now when selecting vendors
in the Open Purchase Order Report, after selecting a vendor Vantage
just closes. Any ideas ?
