We have a similar problem in 6.1...
In one of our companies, the default territory is "ALASKA" (a while back
it was "CANADA") instead of "ALL" (we use states/countries as
territories in CRM) within the Customer List. Everytime I need to run a
report within this company, I have to change the territory to "ALL". I
have never experienced the problem in our other companies.
Any suggestions on why this is? I have a feeling it's CRM-related and
our in-house CRM "expert" can't figure it out.
