V6.1 F6 Print Screen on TS Win03

You could install locally printkey. This works with any application (not
only with applications run in TS). Hit the print key and there it is.

Another alternative, Teach people to use Alt-Print Screen and
paste
to WordPad. It will print every time.

I've had the problem since day one of Terminal Services and Vantage.
The only solution I found was to shut off Clipboard sharing on the
terminal
server. Not a problem with thin clients, makes it a pain to
copy and paste to a PC. I reported the problem to epicor several years
ago.

I've had the problem since day one of Terminal Services and Vantage. The only solution I found was to shut off Clipboard sharing on the terminal server. Not a problem with thin clients, makes it a pain to copy and paste to a PC. I reported the problem to epicor several years ago.

We had this error upon rollout. Our problem ended up being an invalid *.BMP
file association problem. The *.bmp files were associated with the Windows
Fax viewer. We changed the association MS PAINT.

This is accomplished by opening My Computer, View, File types, BMP:
Change to MS PAINT.
