V6.1 Help File Blank Title 55294

In addition to the ItssRestrictions reg hack there are other help file issues that this does not resolve. I had problems when I got a new XP-Sp2 desktop with IE7 not being able to display CHTML help screens. Vantage would display the help list and topics border but not the content. I found some additional registry settings that were required. I sent the exact steps to resolve to Epicor Support on the trouble ticket I had open at the time so hopefully they are now in the KB.
