Joe, if you are using a wedge cable with the scanner, the scanner
should act just like keyboard input. We are implenting 8.03 April 1st,
and if I recall the default in Vantage is to use the Tab key. You will
have to program the scanner to send a Tab after the barcode it read in.

I am familiar with PSC scanners, and these come with a programming
book - you scan barcodes in the book to configure the scanner...
