Value Exchange Workshop 1 month preparation

We have one of these scheduled next month. I would really like to do whatever I can between now and then to eke out the most value. (Especially after reading Tim’s comments in the previous thread)

We’ve identified the top 3 things that would improve our lives the most if fixed tomorrow, and we feel like that’s a good start.

One of the things we were thinking of doing was creating a short questionnaire to get a pulse on everyone’s usage level and major frustrations. Which, I think is similar to what the consultant will do.

Do you guys have any thoughts or suggestions? Resources?

You don’t have to prepare for it as they will do a question and answer meeting with everyone to see what you are using and what you are not. Just make sure that the people that are invited know what the issues for their department are.
