VANTAGE 6.10 Error message

When I've seen this message on the Customer and Vendor tables it's been as a result of a record been created with a vendornum or custnum with a zero. This means you can't delete it and it doesn't seem to be able to be referenced by the application.

If you contact support they had always supplied me with an program to remove them manually.

A user gets this message, and an endless 'loop' while trying to add a customer contact, in Customer Maintenance: (Task manager to exit Vantage, etc.)
