Can you elaborate? We use attachments, which I don't think takes allot of time to setup, at least when you consider the amount of time for someone to go search thru a file drawer or hunt thru multiple directories on the Server. I am not sure what nightmares you have experienced with attachments, however I would definitely be interested in looking at the screenshots you have. I am always open to new ideas and I totally trust your insight.
Please shoot those screenshots to Virginia and me, as we just had a very similare conversation on this the other day.
