Have you tried installing a different OS on a test machine? We had a
problem printing the job traveler on windows XP...switched to WIN2000 and
have had no problem since. Not sure what we'll do as computers come out
that are not compatible with the older OS but works for now. We are using
Vantage 5.2 and CR8 so it's comforting to know that it hasn't been fixed on
future releases.

Still working with support. They sent me a program called Black Box,
that creates a log of Vantage activity on the PC. After the problem
occurs we saved the log file and sent it in. We've sent in 4 files,
they got back to us on the first one thinking it was registry entries
pointing to an old Vantage Drive from a few intalls ago. I couldn't
find any reference to it the registry and I know the machine has been
wiped out and re-done since that old server was taken off line, so
I'm really confused by what they've found. Still waiting to hear
more from them. I'll let the group know if we achieve any success.
