Call off the dogs. I fixed it. Re-ran the client install. Viola!
Thanks

Subject: [Vantage] Vantage Icons not working - v6.1
Need some help...quick.
Came in this morning to reports that Vantage doesn't work. Upon
investigation found that when you double click the Vantage icon we get a
different splash screen than normal and an error that reads "msgOpen:
Unable to open message file: PROMSGS". Seems like I have had this happen
once before and it was related to an install changing something. Can't
remember though. Anyone know what I need to do to get the icons working
again?
Thanks
