Vantage PLM

Can anyone tell me if they are using the Vantage PLM module for
controlling documentation particularly in relation to part revisions (
i.e. bills of materials, drawings, test specs. etc. ). We are
considering the implementation of the PLM module and want to know if
its any good!?

Does anyone have experience of this module...?

Does anyone have first-hand experience with Vantage PLM and SolidWorks?
We are considering a change to our drawing management software.
Vantage PLM looks promising because of the integration with Vantage.
While we may be able to piece something together with our current
system, we have several other reasons to change vendors.

Any input would be appreciated.

I asked the very same question a few weeks back without any response,
but it was right around the holidays so users may have been focused on
more important issues. We are also looking for a PDM solution to use
with Solidworks and Autocad. Please let me know if you hear anything off
line, I will do the same.

After looking at half a dozen of these products, including Vantage PLM, the first two contenders are Conisio and TeamCenter Express. Electroimpact needs Catia V5 support as well as SolidWorks. The Engineering needs were our most important focus, not Vantage integration, which is required but assumed to be okay on all of them.

Matt and Keith,

I am in process of implementing Pro.File wiht Vantage and Solidworks.
We are ironing out a few of the bugs, but our engineers are using
ProFile with Solidworks now.

I am looking in to possibly using it for AutoCad as well. Please feel
free to contact me off line (Keith and I have been trying to get
together).

Is anyone out there using the Vantage PLM module in 8.0? If so how do
you like it and was it worth the integration/software costs?
