I think the problem was probably the path to ProWin32.exe. Ours exists
in the Progress\Bin directory, while the Vantage default is Prgs91D\Bin.

If you want a report list from PRLs, select each PRL, and its contents
will be appended to c:\ReportList.txt.

The GUI layout was designed with Progress defaults, so if you run it
from a Vantage MFG, the display will show with Vantage defaults, and may
appear crowded. You can include database connection parameters in the
icon command line but it should be ok without.

I just made a couple of changes to the program, such as a cleaner
program list output, enabled database connection messages when you run a
report, and better instructions.

Let me know if any problems.

Back in July Lonnie put a procedure in the shared folders to print
Report Builder libraries.
I have downloaded the procedure PRLView_w and renamed it PRLView.w
He said to run it from an icon with the command line such as:
X:\progress\bin\prowin32.exe -p x:\mfgsys61\ud\prlview.w

I have tried a number of things and can not get this to work.
Does any one know the specific steps to get this to work or how to get a
print out of all the Report Builder reports in the libraries?

This should work:

make a copy of your vantage.vtg or vantage.mfg file.
replace the StartupProcedure=mainmenu.w to StartupProcedure=x:\mfgsys61\ud\prlview.w

then run that file.

You need your hostname and service name and your TCP settings.
I have one that works for me.
Y:\PRGS91D\bin\prowin32.exe -db v:\mfgsys\db\mfgsys.db -N TCP -H Tsevan6
-S mfgsys61 -p v:\export\stkstat.p
Good luck!
