Use the shop tracker - that will show who is here. At the end of the day
it should be only those people who have not clocked out.
Write down who they are or copy and paste into Excel and then "clock"
them when they come in the next day. Only discipline will correct the
behavior.

Hi All,
Im just wondering if any one has a solution to my problem.
Our shop floor employees keep forgetting to clock out at the end of the
day which causes issues within the finance side of things.
There is a report to see who is here or who is not here.
We have a 24 hour shift as having a shift caused massive problems with
other things (different people on different shifts, some start early,
some finish early, sometimes we put on overtime etc).
The 24 shift in general works well.
However, Im wondering if anyone know of how I can do one of the
following ...
1) At a specified time each day automatically clock anybody out who is
logged in the system. (ie if we knew that nobody was working later than
6pm we could enter 6pm somewhere in the system and it would clock
everyone out then.
2) Another option is to send an email to the last person in the building
to inform them if somebody clocked in this morning but hasnt clocked
out.
We are only using the Epicor side of things to record time - we have
another payroll software etc.
Any help would be appreciated.
