You have a good idea going here, any VBFORM scripting experts want to try
this, maybe also update a VBFORM date field after checking a VBFORM check
box.

I need to create a VB form attached to the PartRev Table for ECO's with the

Five check boxes, each with the userid of the person who checked the box.

all five -- do I need to use a progress procedure to accomplish this?
In other words -- HELP!!!
