VB From error

I have gotten this error before. It was a long time ago. I had to call
tech support to get a fix program before I was able to continue (VBRESET.R)

Does any one recognize this problem?
Trying to edit a VB Form which we have used for years.
I deleted a few fields, now I keep getting an error
and any changes I make are not saved to the form.

Ran the recycle.
Seemed to go fine.

The error is:
"VBFromDetail record not on file (138)"
