Version 6.1 HSA employer contributions

We have recently added a high deductible health plan option to our
group health insurance and the company is contributing to the employees
HSA account. According to the IRS the employer contribution to the HSA
account should be exempt from FICA, Medicare, and Federal withholding
taxes. The only problem is Vantage doesn't give the option for
employer expenses to be exempt from these taxes.
Does anyone else contribute to HSA accounts and how do you handle this?
