Creating a UD04 grid to show some data I suddenly get “Recent Records” automatically added to the View Options.
Does anyone know how to switch that off?

In the Grid Properties, under Advanced > View Options, you should be able to delete the different view options. If you want the drop-down selector to disappear completely, you’ll have to delete all the options. (Sometimes it sticks around even then, but we can cross that bridge later if it happens)
Unfortunately “Recent Records” is not an item in the View Options that can be deleted. It is auto generated. Only “All” exists and I do want to keep that.
But we now do have an “Is Recent Records Provider” checkbox.
