View Options of Kinetic panel-card-grid - How do I remove the combo

Have a panel-card-grid in an updatable dashboard, I recently made a couple of minor changes unrelated to Views.

Mysteriously a combobox for selecting views showed up on it’s own

(there are no Views defined in the Advanced/Views property for the grid):

It’s kind of annoying because as a user, you’d be like,
“hey, what’s this combobox for ?” and “why is it empty”

I was at least able to create a dummy view and put a description that says “Default View”,
but that is only slightly better and would like to be able to remove the combo but it doesn’t seem possible

When you click on the combo while editing the layer, it’s not selectable and has no properties.

Anybody else seen this issue and been able to resolve ?

I think just the action of opening that View Options section can create this empty combo box :dizzy_face:

I seem to remember someone here figuring out how to get rid of it without having to create a new layer… searching

For me, removing all of the views removes the dropdown completely. It may not show in app studio, but when I preview, it is gone. Maybe something to do with your current version?

Try creating a view and save … then delete it

I couldn’t find what I was looking for - but this along the lines of what I might be remembering

I have created and deleted with saves a couple of times, it likes to hang around
