Viewing MoM in Dashboard like Job Scheduling Dashboard

I have had a request from ‘engineering’ to be able to view a method of manufacture in a graph type view similar to the way jobs are displayed in job status dashboard.

Inputs would be MoM and a run qty

the intent is to catch blatant errors in the method such as entering a 1 hour run time instead of .01 as an example…

actual scheduling and date constraints need not be considered, this would just be a tool to verify proper flow of the assembly

Anyone know if such a program exists in the Epicor realm or have advice on how to accomplish this task?

I haven’t seen anything like that, but If you use windowing functions with running sums or something like that, you can probably make a grid that translates to a chart in a dashboard pretty well. It won’t be a gantt chart like it is in the job sched board, but I think you could make something with a bar chart work.

I think it would be really interesting to do this as a Sankey Chart.

I’m not sure if they have any docs on how to add new charts to EDD or embed EDD charts into the app yet but that seems to be the way forward.
