Void Tags by Part for physical inventory

I am trying to void a few tags that were included in our physical that shouldn’t have been created. For some reason the Void Tags by Part in Count Cycle Maintenance is greyed out. How do I either void or delete these tags?

I don’t think you can void a part in Physical Stock as it includes all parts in a selected warehouse. In Cycle Count you can do. Please enter frozen qty as counted qty for those parts.

Use Void Blank Tags.

  • Navigate to Count Cycle Maintenance
  • Retrieve the required cycle count
  • From action menu click on void blank tags.
