Warehouse Team not assigned in Queue

Well, we have the AMM License.

We have created Teams with:
• Employees that have “Material Handler” Box ticked.
• Put Employees in the Team
• All Transaction Types selected
• All Warehouses selected
• IN and OUT Bins in each WareHouse selected
• Added Parts as Items to all Warehouses for the Team. (Every Warehouse has same “Parts” items.
• No Attributes are specified and no Zones, as we don’t need them. (Are these Required?)

The System creates the Move Request, proper Warehouse and Bin but does not select Team. We are triggering from MES Job Operation Complete with “Requeste Move” ticked.
I read all the threads on here and some older ones said a Data Directive was needed, however, I am assuming the AMM License does this?

Support responds by sending me the Cut/Paste from the Help and a cartoon video on the same thing, lol Would be nice to have someone who uses the system there to provide input instead of regurge the help file.

My question I guess is this, is the ZONE required to make this work?
*****UPDATED 1/31/24 Tried adding Zones and still does not assign Warehouse Team.
Seems like waaay redundant when you have all Warehouses, Bins, Emps, and Parts in every Warehouse. Ya think it would work.

Anyone who uses it have any ideas I missed?
