We want to control who can access the Time and Expense within Epicor, especially since we added a custom button in MES to bring them to the web version of Time and Expense. When the security manager created the group, he updated the security to not allow all access and instead specified the group. When he used a test account to login to Epicor itself, the menu items were not there, however when he accessed the web url (from the MES custom button), he was able to login and use Time and Expense (web version).
We thought the web version of the forms use the group/security the main application does, or is that incorrect?
