It doesn't automatically process to a sales order if I have the document type set to manually Acceot. The support person I was dealing with at Epicor said it should show up in Mass review if it is set to manually accept. Show me a document stating otherwise, besides, it wouldn't make sense to intentionally design it to bypass mass review when set to manually accept. While I'm on the topic of it not making sense, why is a field labled "Epicor Use" an active field that is being used inside of Vantage?

This is not a problem, it is by design. "Demand Mass Review" is used to manually process a large batch of demand to sales orders. The EDI workflow processes demand automatically to sales orders so no mass review is needed.
By the same token if you manually created a demand and process it to sales orders, it would do the same thing - never appearing in mass review.

Already called them before I discovered the exact nature of the problem. Unfortunately, there is only one person at Epicor that can spell EDI, and I didn't get that person. The initial response was that their customization department would be glad to fix it for a fee. I rattled a few cages and I am waiting for a response back. It really should be an easy fix that I probably could do myself, but with so many unknown variables involved I want to hear from them first, not to mention that it really looks like a glitch on their part.

Sounds like you've done all the research my friend. Nice job. You've done support's work. Now a call to support is in order.

Vantage 8.03.408A Progress
I have a problem with EDI orders not showing up in Demand Mass Review even though the demand is clearly there. I have traced the problem to a field in the Demand Header called DemandLogical01. All that the Data Dictionary Viewer says about this field is "For Epicor Development Use Only, Initial Value of NO". What I discovered is that when you manually add a demand, this field is set to NO (FALSE) and it does not show up in Mass Review, but when you add a schedule to the demand, this field is changed to YES (TRUE) and then the demand shows up in Mass Review. Unfortunately, the EDI Demand Service Connect workflow created by Epicor never sets this field to TRUE even though a schedule is attached to the demand. I went into the Demand header table and set this field to TRUE for all my test EDI orders and afterwards they all showed in Mass Review.
My problem is that I'm not sure how to fix this on a permanent basis and I am wondering if anyone else has seen this problem in 408 and what your solution was to fix it.
