This has happend a couple of times now and no one is sure if it is a
user error or system error.
On Job Traveler we have Operations section. Part is supposed have ET.
Does not show up on traveler, but when you go into the quote and
sales order it is there. We are trying to find out why the traveler
isn't pulling this info when it pulling everything else. I'm leaning
towards user error, but have reservations b/c the person who works
the travelers has been doing it for a long time. However, the problem
has just surfaced recently?
Any thoughts?
