How did you design your system / architecture?
If you do Preventative Maintenance work under contracts paid up front and also ad hoc billable service work, how do you accommodate both?
What modules do you use and why?
Do you integrate with salesforce?
Do you use some preset integration features, pre built solutions or premapped fields? or starting from scratch on creating all custom API connections? Why or why not?
