Hi everyone. We are experiencing slow performance on our SaaS MT environment. Multiple users. What are some troubleshooting steps I can do to try an resolve the issue? Thanks!

For SaaS MT contact support, if the issue is with Epicor then Epicor Supports needs to interveed intervene since you are hosted and MT.

If the issue is local to you or “some” limited users it may be this

Or a network issue.

Yea, i was told about the updates already. none of our computers have those updates when we try to uninstall them.
