What do I do with a .RPT file?

Steve, the RPT files are for Crystal Reports. YOu will need Crystal Reports
V6 or higher to make modifications to these.

Subject: [Vantage] What do I do with a .RPT file?

I was wondering how a RPT file is handled (opened) in Report Builder.
I can figure out how to deal with PRL files, but not individual
reports within a library.

Specifically, I was looking through the "files" section of egroups
and I found some useful stuff (thanks to those who uploaded), but I
couldn't figure out how to use the RPT files that were listed along
with the PRL files.

Am I missing something obvious?

We no longer allow attachments to files. To access/share Report Files,
please go to the following link: http://www.egroups.com/files/vantage/
(Note: If this link does not work for you the first time you try it, go
to www.egroups.com, login and be sure to save your password, choose My
Groups, choose Vantage, then choose Files. If you save the password, the
link above will work the next time you try it.)

The RPT files cannot be opened with Report Builder because they are Crystal
Report files. You need Crystal Reports installed on your machine and open
them with that.
