That’s an excellent question. This is a dedicated database for your company. Maybe Epicor uses that as the template and just adds the new customer to it? :thinking:

All Epicor Cloud DBs have an Epicor Master Company - 000000 - and there is ERP data in that company. We need the Master Company for system management and the data helps with automated tests and monitors.

The use of the Company value in coded queries will ensure you are getting the data you want and helps SQL select the appropriate Index.
