What is happening with Enterprise Search? Disabled Globally

In June, we were sent a notification that Enterprise Search is being temporarily disabled globally.

I chased Support about it recently and they said it still cannot be re-enabled for customers. They also cannot say if or when it will be reinstated.

Does anyone know if there is a plan to replace or restore this feature?

Hmm, it was disabled for us in June as well, but it is back on for us… Maybe its back for DT users and not MT users.

That’s interesting. May I ask when it was re-enabled for you?

September I think. I don’t remember the exact date, just that it was down for a few months.

The button is back for us but it doesn’t work.

I’m seeing the icon in our Third environment, but it doesn’t work either.

I’ve been told by Support to await a further announcement on the plans for Enterprise Search, so guess we’ll have to sit tight for now.

I bet it’s going away in it’s current form.
