the Warehouse is the sum of on hand for the whole warehouse, the bins is the on hand for each bin. Never trust the warehouse sum, it can get out of sync and you need to run a process to get it to update. The Bins is the table to use when trying to see your on hand.

And in theory, Epicor has database triggers and stuff that are supposed to keep PartWhse in sync with PartBin, so I’ve always wonder what causes that, given how frequent it is.

Is your returns bin non-nettable? Your screenshot cuts off juuuust a little too soon.

Yes, it shows Quantity of 4 in the Non-Nettable Qty column.
So then that isn’t going to count as on hand for the warehouse. Only nettable bin qtys will count.
