What parts appear in the Obsolete Stock Report?

When I run the Obsolete Stock Report, nothing comes up.
What conditions do parts appear in the Obsolete Stock Report?
Or is it setting conditions?

Do you have Lot tracked parts?

Yes. Manufactured parts have been set up as lot-tracked parts.

Are you using the date fields in Lot? I believe that is what triggers the report.
