In general IT
Tier I is first line of defense. Password resets, replacing equipment
Tier II is more server administration, maintenance
Tier III is when shit really hits the fan and the experts get called in, generally these people think they are gods.
Oh, so what you are telling me is that all of my tickets should be tier 3ā¦
To you, mere mortal, they might as well be.
