What's in the MFGWRK803 folder?

Everything can be deleted in that folder, they are temp files for open edge for the most part, there are some log files in there sometimes as well.

Personally, I like to use a forfiles to delete the contents and set that to run on the server as an automated task.

You can write one that will look at the last modified date and delete based on the file’s age, I usually put a -5 on the date, so it deletes anything more than 5 days old.

You should keep an eye on any logs in the folder though, I had a customer who ended up with a 18GB log file for global alerts in there…

Subject: [Vantage] What's in the MFGWRK803 folder?

There's an MFGWRK803 folder on the drive that Epicor's installed on. The Epicor database itself is 4 gigabytes, but MFGWRK803 is taking up half the drive at 136GB, and some of its files are a couple years old. Don't know what the files are, but I'm guessing they're log files that are no longer needed. Can I safely delete files from this folder to free up disk space?

They will be log and temporary files you should be ok to clear this without any issues.
