Does anyone know when the 2024.2 upgrade is scheduled for Kinetic Cloud? I don’t see anything on the Kinetic Schedule for Cloud website nor did I find anything on EpicWeb.
We always Flex upgrades and in 2023.2 the deadline for submitting an Epicor case to flex was 9/15/2023 but I haven’t seen anything for 2024.2 yet…unless I missed it?
EpicWeb has details… below is how to find it:
Right now it states Flex Deadline is 10/25
Pilot Upgrade 10/31 - 11/7 (depending on location)
Production Upgrade 12/6 - 12/13 (depending on location)
Thanks for posting this. I was still looking under documentation > cloud which shows the latest release schedule is for 2024.1. 
Me too. I feel like I have to re-find things every time I go onto the EW, haha.

Thank you…interesting as I first checked a link I have bookmarked which did not show 2024.2 but has always showed prior upgrade schedules.
I did a Search in EpicWeb for 2024.2 and nothing was returned. I also checked EpicWeb under Documentation > Release Documents > Cloud and there is no documentation yet.
Something as important as Upgrade dates should not be this difficult to find.
I see the deadline for Flex Customers shows 2 different dates. Under Important Dates the deadline for Flex Customers is Friday, October 25, 2024
But under the Flex Customers section it is Friday, October 31, 2024. Which is actually a Thursday.
Which is it?
