When printing P.O.'s is it possible to exclude closed

Eric, if you mean to exclude closed PO lines and/or releases -- then yes you
can.

Using Crystal Reports, format all the fields that appear in the PO line
section (headings and details) with the Suppress attribute formula similar
to this:

if {podetail.OPENLINE} then No Else Yes

Also, change all the related PO Line Sections to Suppress Blank Sections

This should exclude closed lines.
