Where did the Apply Credit Memo application go. It was there in E10, then in Kinetic 2024.1 it’s gone. I miss it and I want it back.
It’s in my 2024.1 Live and 2024.2 Pilot.

If you can’t see it, i would verify if you can find it in Menu Maint. Perhaps there was a permissions change and the menu won’t appear for you?
It’s odd. The form is visible in our 2024.1 Test and Pilot environments, but not our Live environment. I have our integrator looking into it. If anyone else has had a problem with missing applications and have a solution, I would be interested in hearing from them.
At one point (several versions ago) I had missing menus and I had to put in a ticket. I think they sent me a datafix to get them back. This was way back in 2022 days I think.
