This is stupid, I somehow installed this three times already but now I can’t seem to find how to download and install the Smart Client. I’ve spent about 5 minutes searching for support on this and not happy with results yet. Our welcome letter references a URL that is not in the email, I somehow figure it out before but I am struggling. I can find a generic installer but I don’t know all the settings for the generic installer (not sure how we are hosted, Ugh). Boy do I feel dumb as the Admin, sorry gang.
Welcome letter mentions logging in with a URL provided, but that URL is not in the email. And there is supposed to be a Download icon in the Left corner of the screen. When I login to the web based normal pages I am not seeing the icon?!?
