It is a known issue, we've been dealing with it for quite some time.
We worked with support for a long time trying to pinpoint a cause and
so far they have gotten no where. I've kind of stopped pursuing a
solution for 6.1, assuming that the problem will go away with a
future upgrade to 8.0. I have a feeling support has kind of given up
on it too, but it wouldn't hurt for you to check in with them and see
what they say. I'd be interested in hearing their response if you
wouldn't mind posting it.
