Who's using what for Customer Self Service

Just wondering what tools/third party or rolled their own solutions for a customer self service portal, people have utilized or developed. The type of things I am looking at are, downloading of invoices and statements, order lookup etc.

If anyone is willing to share their experiences, it would be appreciated.

Hi Simon,

We are getting one implemented with Advanced Ware. They are good to work with, although a bit resource constrained, and offer a fairly turnkey solution. I found them by searching on EpiUser help.

We need RMA processing with some fairly custom workflow with it (i.e., create the RMA based on sold serial number, get customer to complete decontamination form, provide guidance on how to decon, etc.) and that has caused us to slip a bit on go live.
