If it shows in preview but not the form, try selecting the layer and publishing it from Application Studio menu instead of the dev screen.

In the first screenshot, the layer name is Teeraphong2, but you are trying to publish Teeraphong1 :thinking:. Can you please check and publish the correct layer.

You can sort all the layers by filtering the application ID (Erp.UI.POEntry).

If that doesn’t work, try publishing from the dev screen in both the application and the browser.
