You have something set up wrong.
If you want help, you’re going to have start showing us what’s going on with your system. There are 100’s of knobs and levers that need to be in the right position to make it work, so start walking us through what you have with explanations and screen shots, and maybe someone can spot your mistake.
We aren’t magic wizards, we have no idea what you have going on in your system.

After running MRP, there was no suggestion created. There were similar jobs where the PO suggestion was created.

Ok, I was wondering if it was due to that operation already being completed. So if an op is completed it will not generate a suggestion?

Imagine how many suggestions you’d have if all completed operations got suggestions!
