Windows vista Blank Title 81516

I've been using Vista for almost a year now and haven't had any issues what
so ever. But I also had tech support tell me that when I got my new server
and moved Vantage to it that it wouldn't install on Server 2003 64, and that
my disc was bad. That was almost a year ago as well.

When I asked tech support on this they said "Windows Vista will corrupt the
database and we can't fix it." Too risky for us.

I installed it on 6.0 and it was a typical install. I've got it on 6 Vista
32bit machines.

I installed it on a 3-bit machine but you need to turn UAC off. I didn't
have much luck installing it any other way even with using the Run As
Administrator option. Could not get it installed on a 64-bit version To turn
off UAC just go to Windows help and type in UAC. You should be given pretty
easy instructions on how to do that. One thing I believe a CAM at one of the
road shows told me was Epicor doesn't support or recommend Vantage 6 on
Windows Vista.

I would recommend strongly against Vista for any business.

It has no end of problems and uses far too much memory.

My machine is idle, and Vista is using over 1GB of memory.

My machine only has 2GB, so it is using over half the available memory and it isn't doing anything (except letting me type this email).
