WIP Posting and Changing settings in your database config

I do not understand the problem.......what settings change?

Is this only on later versions than we have achieved?

Anybody wants to fight for this? I have both of my databases at 80,000 lock
table entries. Epicor's answer:

" It is a known bug, but we will not do anything until maybe Sonoma...."
