Does anyone know if XL connect 7 will work with Kinetic 2024.1?
Well, perhaps for a while. But according to Epicor, XL connect will no longer be supported by Epicor after December 31, 2024.
Edit; Seems to be some mixed signals on “no longer supported” vs. “sustaining support”.
We know it won’t work after December 2024. We are 3 days from going live with Kinetic 2024.1 and with accounting being the only users of XL Connect it hasn’t come up in any conversation until today.
We found a way to check XL connect 7 with 2024.1 and it seems to work as expected which gets us by for a few months while we transition to either EFP or spreadsheet server
